Detectability enhancement in capillary electrophoresis/mass spectrometry (CE/MS) has been realized using on‐line isotachophoretic (ITP) analyte focusing. This is demonstrated for the analysis of a mixture of anthracyclines, showing on at least 200‐fold improvement detectable concentration for ITP/CE/MS compared to CE/MS using an electrospray (ESP) interface.
