Cationization ability is presented using fast‐atom bombardment mass spectrometry and fast‐atom bombardment tandem mass spectrometry. The sodium cation has the best potential for cationizing A‐ and E‐destruxins (cyclodepsipeptides), E‐destruxin having a greater ability to cationize with Na + than A‐destruxin.
