In article number 2000017, Qian Li, Ziqiang Qiu, and co‐workers report an effective and reliable method of increasing the Curie temperature of ferromagnetic Fe 3 GeTe 2 (FGT) van der Waals (vdW) material by Ga implantation, opening a new opportunity for tailoring the magnetic properties of vdW materials beyond room temperature for future spintronics applications. The cover image displays the color of the photoemission electron microscopy results (background), the sample structure (yellow structure with a series of squares), the layer structure of the vdW FGT crystal, the Ga ion beam, and the Curie temperature enhancement (bottom vortex array).
