In this paper, a fresh attempt has been made to discuss dual‐symmetry groups by which the supra–antarafacial cycloaddition and the chelatropic reactions can be correctly described, as a direct consequence of which the corresponding energy correlation diagrams are successfully constructed. Furthermore, the energy correlation diagrams of sigmatropic reactions are also established by the use of another kind of single‐symmetry group.
