This case study describes how ALTANA Pharma provides modular and role‐based training in computerized systems validation. The training is fun while providing all necessary information with hands‐on experience. This is achieved by using many different kinds of exercises to support the learning experience of the presentations in a creative way. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
