A study comparing the effects of three antipsychotics in the treatment of violent patients with schizophrenia has found that the presence of conduct disorder affected the difference in outcomes among the three medications. The advantage of clozapine in addressing aggression was greater in patients with a history of conduct disorder, the researchers reported.
