Are all antipsychotics pretty much alike? Sure, there are differences in side effects, and big differences in costs, and then there's clozapine. But at the end of the day, they all do basically the same thing, which is to alter dopamine neurotransmission. So, if you discount the claims of their respective manufacturers, is there anything that really sets them apart from one another?
