The authors of the Rapid Research Letter on p. 47ff. report low‐voltage and high‐gain organic complementary inverters with N,N′‐ditridecyl‐3,4,9,10‐perylenetetracarboxylic diimide (PTCDI‐C13) and pentacene. PTCDI‐C13 exhibits a high electron mobility of 1.62 cm 2 Vs simply after annealing which improves its thin‐film morphology. The grains appear continuous tile‐like as shown in the front cover picture. The inverter operates at 5 V and the gain is as high as 500. The first author Shuhei Tatemichi is a Ph.D. student at Shinshu University, Japan. His research field comprises organic semiconductors, thin‐film transistors and organic circuits.
