The relaxation of intermediate decomposed structures of glasses and solid solutions in the stages following the complete spinodal decomposition is considered. The time dependence of the characteristic period of the concentration structure both at the early stages of binodal decomposition and at the stage of coalescence is obtained. The temperature dependences of relaxation time and the characteristic scale of the structure are established for a one‐dimensional model. Estimates of the interface thickness at all stages of concentration separation are presented.
