The effects of LO‐phonons to Electrons in Quantum Wires

The microscopic model is used to describe the interaction between bulk‐like phonon modes and electrons in one‐dimensional (1D) quantum wires. The total transition rate for phonon modes and electrons in 1D quantum wires is discussed in the framework of the generalized 1D Fröhlich Hamiltonian. Numerical results are presented and compared with previously related work.
