The problem of dynamical interaction of two electrons interacting with acoustic phonons in a one‐dimensional chain is investigated using the variational method in nonadiabatic approximation. It is shown that under certain conditions electrons form a bound delocalized singlet spin state. The energy of this state and the binding energy are calculated.
