A simple algorithm to account for acoustic scattering inelasticity in the Monte Carlo procedure is suggested. The temperature range is evaluated at which the proposed method is suitable. Good agreement of the computed results using the proposed algorithm with an analytical solution of the kinetic equation and the data obtained by other techniques is established.
