At T > 25 K an increase of the direct free exciton binding energy Δ E   exc din the exciton absorption spectra of InSe is found. The calculations show that this phenomena may be attributed to an increase of the exciton reduced mass μ   exc *due to exciton‐interlayer optical phonon interaction. The dynamical processes of exciton‐phonon intcraction with temperature in laycred InSc are discussed.
