The effect of the presence of isolated excited pairs of quasi‐particles at finite temperatures in a cloud over the Fermi level is investigated. It is shown that at inelastic scattering of particles or radiation the decay of pairs from a condensate just as the decay of pairs from a cloud of isolated pairs introduces a contribution to the temperature dependence of the effective gap.
