The superconducting state of pairs of spinless quasiparticles with parastatistics is considered on the basis of a model Hamiltonian in mean‐field approximation. It is shown that the energy gap δ 0 and critical temperature T c increase as exp (−1 sol; p 2 λ) at a definite weak‐coupling parameter λ with increasing rank p of parastatistics. The characteristic ratio 2δ 0 / T c and the typical pair size diminish. Thermodynamic properties of the system near the phase transition and parameters of the Ginzburg‐Landau theory are calculated. The obtained results are discussed in connection with a set of experimental data.
