Memory functions entering the generalized master equations are calculated for trimer, with the sink in the center. The whole dynamics of the system – coherent transfer, capture of the excitation by the sink, and finite lifetime effects in the host – are taken into account. The simple example of the trimer is chosen (method and results being simply extendable to more complex systems) to present the analytical solution, which is obtainable also by the use of the program package Mathematica for symbolic computing.
