uring the total thermal conductivity. The analysis of the experimental data shows that phonon thermal resistivity can be presented as a sum of two terms: 1. Phonon resistivity of the perfect crystal lattice. 2. The additional thermal resistivity determined by the quantity of the impurities and the intrinsic crystal lattice imperfections in PbTe.
