The energy spectrum of quasi‐bound states of shallow acceptors in pure p‐Ge is investigated experimentally by the method of far‐infrared (FIR) laser magnetospectroscopy. A fine structure of quasi‐bound states is observed which is connected with the removal of degeneracy of the total angular momentum parallel to the magnetic field. Additional peaks found in the photoconductivity spectrum are refered to the impurity combined resonance.
