The dislocation mechanisms of spontaneous plastic flow of deformed solids after their unloading, that is the dislocation reverse mechanical after‐effect (RMA), is considered. A previous model is developed with account of dislocation flexibility and the possibility to conduct a computing experiment in the mode of preliminary loading with a fixed velocity of deformation. The evolution of structure and the RMA temperature dependence in the course of continuous heating of deformed materials is analyzed.
