A theory is developed which allows investigation of the phonon‐transfer processes in a harmonic crystal lattice with nondiagonal disorder taking into consideration the weak localization phenomenon. In the expressions obtained for the heat conductivity coefficients the phonon and impurity modes are taken into account.
