New solutions are obtained of a set of two‐component nonlinear equations that correspond to a self‐consistent state of moving quasi‐particles and immovable deformation. The deformation is a periodic structure that consists of potential wells. It is shown that in the case considered the effective mass of carriers is determined by the probability of tunneling and may rise appreciably.
