Starting from the transport equation for spin magnetization the transverse dynamic spin susceptibility is calculated in terms of the Landau two‐dimensional Fermi liquid parameters B l . The formula allows to estimate the dispersion relation of spin waves with arbitrary l and the oscillator strength of the modes with l = 0, 1. The possibility of experimental determination of the parameters B l with higher l is discussed.
