A complete microscopic theory is developed for the slow linear and nonlinear relaxation of Bose‐quasiparticles on multilevel equidistant quantum systems in solids. The expressions obtained have general forms and can be used for the determination of the relaxation of the relaxation rate for magnons, phonons, and other elementary excitations in crystals, which contain impurities and defects with an internal structure. It is shown that a process of slow relaxation can influence the spin‐lattice relaxation rate of the nuclear spins of host atoms.
