The polar molecule adsorption is considered in the framework of an approach developed in a previous work (Part I) for the case of nonpolar molecule adsorption. An expression for the adsorption potential is obtained. Nonpolar molecule adsorption is considered for the case of surface‐induced molecule dipole moment bound at a certain distance from the surface.
