A new mechanism of the exciton‐biexciton spectrum renormalization determined by direct virtual coupling of excitons to the biexciton owing to exciton‐exciton Coulomb interaction is proposed. Exciton and biexciton shifts depending on pumping intensity are obtained. The macroscopic equations are derived and the ABC‐problem considered. The reflection spectra modification for CdS semiconductor was calculated.
