The relaxation mechanisms of biexcitons under weak excitation limit are studied in the temperature region 1.6 to 50 K. From the temporal responses of biexciton emissions, the biexciton radiative relaxation time is found to be 50 ps. Single acoustic phonon scattering determines the intraband relaxation at finite temperature. Single acoustic phonon emission process causes the broadening of the biexciton with large wave vector. The experimental data of the wave vector dependence of biexciton line width are analyzed by two‐photon polarization spectroscopy and the biexciton deformation potential of 1.5 eV is obtained.
