Equations for the reduced density operator are evaluated. Investigating the subdynamics of nonrelevant observables a resolvent formulation is obtained selfconsistently for the screening part of the evolution superoperator in the athermal nonequilibrium. The analysis is taken in the limit of many collisional events and corresponds to an extension fo the RPA‐result. Thereby, the short memory approximation is improved.
