Positron annihilation rates in both, high and low T c superconductors are calculated by considering the interaction between the thermalized positrons and electrons in superconducting and normal state in the framework the of KSS model. By properly chosen parameters (for instance, E F = 0.7 eV) the anomaly of positron annihilation rate in the high T c superconductor YBaCuO at the transition temperature is predicted and is in agreement with recent experimental results.
