The critical behavior of ferromagnetic thin film with two surfaces is investigated by the use of effective field theory with correlations. Surface magnetic order phase is found under certain conditions. The effects of couplings at surface, couplings between surface and nearest neighbouring layer, film thickness, and concentration of magnetic atoms at surface on surface magnetism are discussed.
