The nucleation of superconductivity in the interior of a bulk specimen, as well as at the surface of ceramic superconductors is discussed on the base of phenomenological equations, in which superconductivity coexists with antiferromagnetism. The prediction of the evolution of H c2 with small variations on the coupling constant may serve to test the underlying phenomenological theory.
