Considering four types of scattering mechanisms, viz. boundary scattering, core dislocation scattering, point defect scattering, and three phonon scattering, analytical expressions for the correction term are obtained in the low temperature approximation on the basis of the generalized Callaway integral. The expressions show that the correction term is proportional to the product of the three phonon normal process scattering strength and the square of the boundary scattering relaxation time.
