Magnetic contributions to metal compressibility, lattice Grüneisen parameter, and their pressure dependence are calculated with the aid of the Thomas‐Fermi‐Dirac ab initio theory. The magnetic volume obtained on the basis of the same theory makes possible to estimate the volume dependence of the Stoner parameter and the magnetic Grüneisen parameter.
