Nonlinear surface waves (NSW) are considered taking into account both, the exciton‐photon interaction and the exciton‐biexciton conversion. Two different types of NSW solutions for the longitudinal component of the electric field E x are obtained: monotonous and nonmonotonous ones. Dispersion laws are obtained and disussed for each type of the NSW solutions.
