A study is made of the electronic structure of a binary alley in a Bethe lattice with coordination number 4. The basis set of orbitals sp 3 was chosen thinking in the tetrahedral structure shown by most semiconductors. Short range order (SRO) correlation is included in the occupancy in the lattice. The results show a strong dependence of the density of states on the assumed values of the SRO parameter.
