The Dirac's delta function method is applied for the calculation of magnetic susceptibility of diluted Ising films. As a result a set of equations for magnetic susceptibility of different atomic layers of thin film is derived, hence the curves χ   v −1vs. temperature together with the reciprocal susceptibility profiles for s.c. samples with several film thickness values are obtained.
