The admixture of d‐orbitals in the ground state wavefunction of Cu 2+ ion in K 2 Cd(SO 4 ) 2 · 6 H 2 O crystal and, further, the EPR parameters g and A are calculated with the aid of the approximate SCF d‐orbit of Cu 2+ ion. The results (compared with that obtained by Satyanarayana recently) show that the admixture fitted by Satyanarayana is reasonable.
