The statistical treatment of the energy transfer from one molecular chain to the other by the mechanism of supersonic Davydov solitons is presented. Two one dimensional molecular chains are considered which have the junction point enabling energy exchange between the chains. The supersonic solitons have the contribution to the energy transfer between joined chains. This contribution is inversely proportional to the soliton velocity.
