By the multi‐time Green's function method the light absorption by surface excitations in the singlet–triplet ferromagnets is investigated using the pseudospin formalism. The possibility of two‐magnon absorption of light on the surface of the singlet‐triplet ferromagnets is shown. It is estimated that the absorption of light by the surface of singlet–triplet ferromagnets is due to the simultaneous emission of two surface magnons in different branches of the spectrum of the singlet–triplet ferromagnets.
