The results from the angular correlation curves measured for Fe 1– x Co x ordered alloys with and without a magnetic field are presented. The average numbers of the 4s‐like and 3d‐like electrons per alloy atoms as well as the average numbers of the d‐like electrons in majority and minority spin bands are determined as function of Co concentration.
