Vibrational structures of a vibron soliton are studied in terms of the classical vibron model of the α‐helical protein molecule. It is shown that the dynamical structures of the α‐helical protein molecule are described by three types of internal oscillations of vibron solitons which are governed by a set of coupled nonlinear Schrödinger equations.
