The effect of L‐holes on the temperature dependence of the band structure parameters of bismuth is investigated. Modified expressions for the weak‐field galvanomagnetic coefficients are derived. These expressions are used in a re‐evaluation of mobilities and band parameters in the temperature range 77 K ≦ T ≦ 300 K.
