A semi‐infinite ferromagnetic simple cubic Ising lattice which has non‐magnetic impurities substituted only at the surface with anisotropic exchange interactions is investigated by the use of a new type of effective‐field theory with correlation. Some characteristic behaviours of magnetism at the site‐bond diluted free surface are obtained.
