Thermally stimulated depolarization measurements are carried out in AsO 2 − ‐doped KCl, KBr, and KI lattices at different linear heating rates. It is observed that with the increase in the heating rate, the position of the maximum depolarization current shifts towards higher temperature side alongwith an increase in its peak value. These changes are utilized to evaluate the dielectric relaxtktion parameters. Evaluated parameters are found to be in good agreement with the reported values.
