The temperature dependence of the Lorenz number L of five coldworked AgCr Kondo alloys is measured between 1.5 and 14 K by combining the results of thermal and electrical conductivity measurements. The results are compared with data obtained on other Kondo systems. Inelastic electron‐dislocation scattering is proposed for explaining the value of L (T → 0) lower than the classical Sommerfeld value L 0 .
