The functional integral method is developed for a special model of ferromagnetism, which can be considered as the generalization of the Heisenberg, Stoner, modified Zener models. The functional representation for the thermodynamic potential and the Green function is obtained by using the Wick theorems for Fermions and arbitrary spins. The relation between this model and other ones is discussed for the expression of the Curie temperature as an example.
