Magnetic and electric resistivity measurements on single crystals of GdRh 1.07 Sn 4.21 compound are performed. The compound is antiferromagnetic with a Néel temperature T N = 11.6 K. The temperature dependence of resistivity has four temperature regions: T 3/2 , T 2 , T, and ln T. The data are considered in terms of coexistence of local moment antiferromagnetism of the Gd atoms and localized spin fluctuations (lsf) or itinerant electron ferromagnetism of the Rh atoms.
