Due to the lack of experimental measurements of the Grüneisen parameter γ t = − ∂ In ω t /∂ In V at T → 0 K, this magnitude is calculated for salts of f.c.c. and b.c.c. structures using different models and low and room temperature experimental data. In general, for each salt, similar results are obtained with all models, being slightly larger those given by the shell model. When low temperature data are used the values are similar to the room temperature experimental data available.
