All the non‐helical spin arrangements which can be supposed to arise in the sites 4c and 4e in several tetragonal compounds crystallizing in the space group I4/mmm are proposed using a well known group theoretical method derived from the Landau theory of the second order phase transitions. The investigation is based only on black and white symmetry arguments.
