The inhomogeneous elastic fields of linear dislocations can lead to the formation of the noncolinear magnetic structure in the magnetic crystals under consideration. This structure is calculated in the frame work of the phenomenological approach; its localization region is determined and its formation criteria are discussed. The influence of the dislocation dilatation on the line width of the FMR and NMR is calculated also.
