A solution of the surface conditions of a ferromagnetic bulk metal for the region of ferromagnetic resonance is presented; the sample in the form of a flat disc is statically magnetized in its surface plane. The assumption of pinned surface magnetization motion (with arbitrary value of uniaxial surface anisotropy parameter and axis normal to the sample surface) is included. The general formulae for the surface impedance are deduced, which agree with the exact numerical calculations of better than 2%.
